$180k - $600k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work on the most critical modeling challenges at xAI
- Receive clarity on the first project before an offer
Requirements
- Belief that truth-seeking AI is an important and challenging problem
- Strong interest in building useful AI models
- Power-user experience with AI models
- Prior experience training models used by millions of people is a plus but not required
- Ability to take pride in work and thrive in a meritocratic environment
- Strong communication, prioritization, and work ethic
