Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend infrastructure for permissions, auditability, traceability, and observability.
- Manage deployment architectures for hosted and self-hosted environments using infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Improve production reliability, performance, and security.
- Partner with product teams to deliver features while maintaining high quality standards.
- Use AI-native development practices to support rapid, high-quality releases.
Requirements
- 1 to 6 years of professional backend development experience.
- Production experience building backend services with TypeScript and NestJS.
- Production experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma.
- Experience managing deployments with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
- Practical experience with AI, machine learning, LLMs, or AI-native systems.
- Experience improving production systems in reliability, security, performance, observability, or auditability.
- Interest in financial operations and dependable systems for complex workflows.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of €70,000 to €110,000.

- On-site role based in Berlin, Germany.
