Responsibilities

  • Own the technical win on Agentic Storefront deals.
  • Lead integration scoping conversations with merchant technical teams.
  • Act as a trusted technical partner to US-based Account Executives.
  • Conduct structured technical discovery to identify constraints and objectives.
  • Scope and support proof of concept and pilot engagements.
  • Contribute to internal enablement by documenting technical positioning.
  • Provide feedback from customer conversations to product and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or sales engineering role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on technical depth with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration architecture.
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem and decision-making processes.
  • Fluency in AI tools and curiosity about agentic products.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong discovery instincts and effective listening skills.
  • Adaptability across multiple products and buyer profiles.
