Responsibilities
- Own the technical win on Agentic Storefront deals.
- Lead integration scoping conversations with merchant technical teams.
- Act as a trusted technical partner to US-based Account Executives.
- Conduct structured technical discovery to identify constraints and objectives.
- Scope and support proof of concept and pilot engagements.
- Contribute to internal enablement by documenting technical positioning.
- Provide feedback from customer conversations to product and marketing teams.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or sales engineering role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on technical depth with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration architecture.
- Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem and decision-making processes.
- Fluency in AI tools and curiosity about agentic products.
- Ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity.
- Strong discovery instincts and effective listening skills.
- Adaptability across multiple products and buyer profiles.
