Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build proprietary tools, templates, and data products for cyber readiness and recovery engagements.
- Translate consulting workflows and client outcomes into prototypes using low-code platforms, AI-assisted development, data visualization, Azure data services, and Python.
- Own client engagements from scoping and facilitation through synthesis, analysis, and delivery of actionable outputs.
- Structure, analyze, and present data through defensible frameworks, models, reports, and other decision-support products.
- Collaborate with senior practitioners to identify tooling improvements across service offerings.
- Maintain documentation, version control, onboarding guides, and iterative governance for developed tools.
- Build client relationships and explain cyber resilience strategy and data-driven approaches to technical and executive audiences.
- Contribute to proposals, capability decks, internal knowledge sharing, and practice development.
- Travel to client sites as needed, with the posting estimating 25–50% travel and stating that travel may range from 0–100% based on business needs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience spanning cybersecurity consulting and data-oriented development or analysis.
- At least 4 years of client-facing or consulting experience, including facilitating difficult conversations and presenting complex findings to executives and diverse audiences.
- At least 4 years of experience building tools, dashboards, structured templates, or automated workflows adopted in professional practice.
- At least 4 years of experience producing analytical deliverables such as frameworks, models, and data products.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure environments.
- At least 4 years of experience in a data or development layer such as Python, Power BI, Power Apps/Automate, SQL, or a comparable stack.
- At least 1 year of using AI coding assistants and generative tools in everyday development workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data Science, or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience; an associate degree may qualify with at least 6 years of work experience.
- Preferred qualifications include scaled adoption of tools, security or risk decision-support frameworks, AI governance, responsible-use frameworks, tool validation, CoE or practice development work, and experience with KQL or Sentinel Workbooks.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SC-200, AZ-500, or PL-300 are preferred.
