Base Salary

$151k - $204k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers across AWS architecture, security, performance, cost optimization, and operational readiness.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and operational assessments to identify risks and improve cloud maturity and resilience.
  • Plan and execute product launches, infrastructure migrations, scaling activities, and other critical enablement events.
  • Collaborate with account teams, service engineers, and solutions architects to advocate for customers, surface feature requests, and accelerate issue resolution.
  • Develop technical content, lead customer-facing operational reviews, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Review operational health dashboards, identify emerging risks, and translate technical insights into stakeholder recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in three of the following areas: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data and analytics, security, or application development in a distributed systems environment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred: experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
  • Preferred: experience in an internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
