Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered solutions to automate key marketing tasks.
- Develop and implement hybrid solutions that leverage AI to augment human workflows.
- Create and manage API integrations for data ingestion from marketing platforms.
- Improve CRM data quality through automated tools for lead matching and data enrichment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI solutions for content generation.
- Measure and optimize the business impact of AI solutions.
- Research and recommend new AI tools and technologies.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a development or engineering role.
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages like Javascript.
- Hands-on experience with AI/automation frameworks and platforms.
- Experience with API development and integration using REST and GraphQL.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models and prompt engineering.
- A product-oriented mindset with the ability to build user-centric solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms is a significant advantage.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus.
