Responsibilities
- Design, evolve, and maintain reliable, scalable, observable distributed and event-driven systems.
- Contribute to technical strategy and long-term platform direction.
- Write maintainable code and automated tests across UI, services, and data storage layers.
- Improve existing services, libraries, shared components, tooling, and platforms.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and failure-handling strategies to ensure operational resilience.
- Translate business problems into technical solutions by working directly with product and business stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, design discussions, and technical collaboration.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Evaluate new technologies and build domain knowledge across business and technology areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM subject.
- At least 5 years of full-time professional software development experience.
- Experience building and maintaining cloud-distributed, event-driven, or microservices-based systems using enterprise-grade backend technologies such as C#/.NET.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and engineering discipline across clean code, abstractions, test automation, documentation, and version control.
- Ability and interest in using AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering workflows.
- Ability to solve problems across multiple technologies and business domains and participate in constructive technical discussions.
- Collaborative approach when partnering with business users and technologists.
