Responsibilities
- Build systems that extract structured signals from resumes.
- Develop lead scoring models to predict interview success.
- Design AI recruiter workflows for candidate screening.
- Automate personalized outbound email and candidate engagement workflows.
- Build automation systems for customer security workflows.
- Automate security questionnaire and compliance response generation.
- Create automated enterprise customer onboarding tools.
- Integrate with CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Build HubSpot and Lark automations to improve sales efficiency.
- Develop lifecycle automation systems for customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong internships, research, or startup experience demonstrating engineering ability.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in backend, full-stack, or systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or modern AI tooling.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and move quickly.
