Responsibilities

  • Architect and build robust, scalable software applications and AI-driven automation strategies.
  • Design and develop reusable AI-enhanced automated test frameworks for predictive regression testing.
  • Perform AI-assisted root-cause analysis and predictive issue resolution.
  • Develop automation tools, improve code testability, and integrate AI coding assistants into engineering workflows.
  • Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot systemic bottlenecks and improve system reliability, coverage, and performance.
  • Collaborate across Product Management, Project Management, Software Development, and Quality Engineering.
  • Lead technical architecture, automation, and AI strategies while mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Create, review, and maintain test plans, test standards, procedures, artifacts, and results.
  • Analyze test results, recommend corrective actions, and apply testing practices to non-functional requirements.
  • Identify process improvements, share reusable test assets, and review peer test cases and automation.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree, or at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience developing and executing software test plans.
  • Experience analyzing and writing test standards and procedures and maintaining test-result documentation.
  • Experience analyzing test results and recommending corrective action.
  • Experience applying testing best practices to non-functional requirements.
  • Experience creating and reviewing test artifacts.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding junior testers.
  • Experience identifying process improvements and sharing reusable test assets across teams.
  • Experience conducting peer test-case and automation reviews.
  • Experience understanding system interdependencies and performing component-level estimation and sizing.
  • Proven technical leadership in architecture, automation, and AI strategies.
