Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable API-led integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, reliable, and reusable integration services.
Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to integration architecture.
Design and implement integration patterns, microservices, and enterprise integration solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews, mentor developers, and manage end-to-end delivery of integration programs.
Integrate cloud and on-premise applications, including ERP, Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
Apply integration security, API governance, automated testing, and DevOps practices.

8+ years of IT experience, including at least 5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development and architecture experience on the Anypoint Platform.
Strong expertise in Mule, DataWeave, REST and SOAP APIs, API Manager, Runtime Manager, CloudHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven experience with API-led connectivity, integration patterns, microservices, and enterprise integration solutions.
Experience integrating cloud and on-premise applications and enterprise SaaS platforms.
Understanding of OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, TLS, and API governance frameworks.
Experience leading technical teams, conducting architecture reviews, mentoring developers, and managing end-to-end integration delivery.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps practices, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and automated testing frameworks.
MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect certifications are highly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work from the office in Bengaluru; no remote or hybrid work option.
