Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client onboarding and live-client pipelines on Azure.
- Deliver onboarding programs in an Agile, sprint-based team environment.
- Align client requirements with Platform-as-a-Service features and define new features when needed.
- Participate in root-cause analysis for Access-related incidents and provide scheduled weekend support.
- Lead design workshops with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor junior colleagues and support team knowledge sharing.
- Support and diagnose Citrix Cloud and Citrix DaaS environments providing secure access to Azure-hosted machines and client environments.
- Investigate Citrix infrastructure issues involving Gateway, StoreFront, Workspace, Cloud Connectors, VDAs, HDX sessions, policies, catalogs, delivery groups, and provisioning standards.
- Troubleshoot ICA/HDX connectivity, transport, TLS/DTLS negotiation, authentication, session timeout, and policy-based routing issues.
- Collaborate with network teams on firewalls, proxies, SSL inspection, DNS, routing, and secure access problems.
- Troubleshoot SAML and identity-provider integrations, authentication, access, and session-launch issues.
- Assist with Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and REST API-related configuration and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years supporting and resolving issues in mission-critical systems in high-pressure operational environments.
- Practical Microsoft Azure experience; AWS exposure is a plus.
- Knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, messaging, secrets management, serverless computing, and cloud infrastructure effects on end-user experience.
- Experience administering Windows systems; Linux experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of TCP/UDP, DNS, TLS/SSL, routing, proxies, firewalls, identity and access management, SSO, SCIM, SAML, federation, and user lifecycle management.
- Practical experience supporting Citrix Cloud or Citrix DaaS, preferably in Azure-hosted environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or ARM.
- Understanding of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, or Grafana.
- Ability to diagnose complex cross-domain issues spanning cloud infrastructure, networking, identity, Citrix, and end-user access.
- Knowledge of identity providers and platforms, authentication and federation, attribute mapping, identity modeling, security and compliance, and enterprise integration.
