Base Salary
$106k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and recommend Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform architectures aligned with customer business outcomes, technical requirements, security, resiliency, and return-on-investment goals.
- Guide customers through solution deployment, adoption, optimization, usage, and value realization while identifying and mitigating technical and business blockers and risks.
- Build trusted relationships with technical and business decision-makers, including CIO, CISO, and other C-suite stakeholders.
- Develop proofs of concept, minimally viable products, rapid prototypes, and business cases to translate customer problems into industry solutions.
- Collaborate across Microsoft, customer, partner, engineering, product, and account teams to execute opportunities and improve customer experience.
- Represent the voice of the customer by providing feedback and strategic input that influences product roadmaps, prioritization, and intellectual property.
- Mentor colleagues, lead readiness and upskilling activities, assemble virtual teams, and contribute to technical communities, events, frameworks, and scalable practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field plus 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, architecture, or related technology work, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role and at least 4 years working on technical projects.
- Technical certification in cloud, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications.
- Experience or specialization with Copilot and Power Platforms.
