Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement Adobe Experience Manager solutions across AEM 6.5, AEM as a Cloud Service, and Edge Delivery Services.
- Develop, test, debug, and deploy AEM components, templates, workflows, services, and integrations.
- Deliver maintainable, scalable code according to development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, senior developers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, risk identification, and optimization efforts.
- Provide task estimates and support project delivery timelines.
- Stay current with AEM development practices, Adobe platform capabilities, and emerging technologies.
- Support enterprise-scale AEM projects within established architectural and implementation guidelines.
- Participate in team planning, Agile ceremonies, delivery, and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager development experience.
- Strong Java development skills and experience with Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL, and related AEM frameworks.
- Experience developing AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams delivering enterprise digital experiences.
- Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn from technical leaders and peers.
- Applicants must describe an AEM project involving multiple teams, integrations, or stakeholder groups and explain their contribution.
- Adobe AEM certifications are beneficial but not required.
