Responsibilities
- Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars for Workday HCM solutions.
- Partner with Account Executives on customer discovery, prospect qualification, demonstration criteria, proof-of-concept builds, and sales-cycle closure plans.
- Support sales opportunities by explaining the solution, services, and training and resolving customer questions.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs while supporting sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with customer influencers and decision-makers.
- Continuously develop Workday product and industry knowledge through available learning opportunities.
Requirements
- Professional experience in pre-sales, sales consulting, or an HR role.
- Expert knowledge of administrative HR systems and strong functional HR experience.
- Understanding of cloud-based HCM SaaS solutions is desired.
- Experience presenting administrative computing solutions to technical and business audiences.
- Ability to manage pressure and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including fluency in English.
