Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze functional business applications and technical specifications for enterprise systems.
- Design, develop, test, debug, maintain, and modernize software applications using C# and Microsoft .NET.
- Build web user interfaces with React and JavaScript and integrate applications with enterprise databases.
- Develop diagrams, process flows, logic flowcharts, technical documentation, and user guides.
- Write automated tests for CI/CD pipelines and remediate automated code-quality and static application security findings.
- Support database management systems, stored procedures, performance optimization, and application tuning.
- Collaborate with analysts, architects, database administrators, developers, stakeholders, and customers.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical direction to other programmers and help meet development schedules and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 4 years of professional experience developing enterprise applications in C# on Microsoft .NET, including ASP.NET Core 6 through 8.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust suitability.
- Must reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the United States, and perform all work in the United States.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or later, Transact-SQL stored procedures, and data-processing logic.
- Experience with JavaScript, React, and preferably Vue; React Native and Expo experience is also requested.
- Experience deploying applications in on-premises Windows Server environments.
- Experience with Visual Studio 2022 or later, Azure DevOps, Git, Team Foundation Server, and TFVC.
- Experience developing applications compatible with Chrome, Edge, and Safari on Windows and macOS.
- Experience developing Section 508 and WCAG-conformant user interfaces.
- Knowledge of software architecture, system design, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, enterprise development, SDLC, and application performance tuning.
- Experience with ASP.NET modernization, C++, Objective-C, C# Windows Forms, and HP Fortify is requested as applicable to customer needs.
- Federal Government program experience and cloud-readiness assessment or migration-planning experience are preferred or desirable.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organizational, collaboration, and prioritization skills are required.
