Responsibilities
- Build developer tooling, infrastructure, and internal platforms.
- Improve developer experience and engineering productivity by removing obstacles.
- Design systems that automate complex workflows.
- Build software that improves how software gets built.
- Collaborate with teammates and engage with customers to develop thoughtful, high-quality features.
- Own systems end-to-end and write clean, maintainable code.
Requirements
- Recently graduated or currently graduating with a Computer Science degree or related field.
- Hands-on software-building experience through two previous internships, coursework, personal projects, or hackathons.
- Experience building or prototyping features with AI technologies such as LLMs, embeddings, or machine learning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to decompose complex problems into clear solutions.
- Collaborative, curious, and open-minded approach to working with teammates and customers.
- Experience with or willingness to learn the listed technology stack.
- Experience with developer tooling, infrastructure, or internal platforms is a potential fit indicator.
- Interest in developer experience, engineering productivity, workflow automation, and AI’s impact on software development.
