Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and deliver custom software components across systems and applications.
- Lead AI-driven solution design using Generative AI and Agentic AI to address business challenges and automate processes.
- Develop and implement application support best practices, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and become a subject-matter expert.
- Document technical processes and solutions clearly.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture and strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.
- Hands-on development and practical solution design experience at a mid-level application architect or senior developer level.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while supporting scalability and responsible use.
- 15 years of full-time education.
