Responsibilities
- Lead architectural strategy for complex customer engagements from initial scoping through full execution.
- Translate executive business strategies and functional requirements into scalable process designs and solution architectures.
- Create prototypes, proofs of concept, sample mockups, user stories, and solution specifications.
- Champion Agentforce and AI-assisted tools to automate workflows and optimize business processes.
- Guide Salesforce platform capabilities, functional solution architecture, environment management, and user acceptance testing.
- Build stakeholder relationships and negotiate solutions to complex strategic and technical problems.
- Collaborate with consultants, architects, project managers, and distributed Agile/Scrum teams.
- Support professional services methodology, delivery best practices, and architectural integrity across engagements.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of enterprise software experience as a Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst.
- Proven success delivering solutions in the Media and/or Telecommunications sector.
- Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing enterprise business processes through technology.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools and understanding how Agentforce or similar technologies can transform business operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documenting requirements, architectures, and process flows with diagrams and functional models.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred for the Saudi Arabia/MENA market.
- Ability to work independently and within a distributed Agile/Scrum team.
- Availability for regional and occasional international travel based on customer needs.
- Active Salesforce certifications and deep hands-on Salesforce Platform declarative experience are preferred.
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ and EPC, or Communications Cloud experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of design thinking and Certified Scrum Product Owner experience are preferred.
- Senior consulting experience with matrixed teams at a top-tier consultancy or global systems integrator is preferred.
