Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing architecture, design, proof-of-concept, deployment, and operational-readiness engagements for Azure cloud, data, application, and AI workloads.
- Advise C-level executives, technical decision-makers, partners, and Customer Success Leaders on cloud strategies, solution architectures, and business outcomes.
- Guide customers through data modernization, AI adoption, application modernization, infrastructure optimization, security, resiliency, cost optimization, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical presales support, unblock customer and partner opportunities, assist with implementations, and deliver technical enablement.
- Identify and mitigate business and technical risks, blockers, and adoption challenges while improving solution usage, consumption, and customer satisfaction.
- Share customer insights with engineering and product teams, contribute to reusable intellectual property and frameworks, and mentor or upskill team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 7+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role and hands-on coding with relevant technologies.
- 6+ years of experience working on technical projects.
- Technical cloud certification, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications.
- Experience with cloud and infrastructure technologies, data technologies, architecture, consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, and technology solutions.
