Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve software that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities.
- Deliver scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other functions to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Implement secure coding and unit testing practices.
- Contribute to technology communities and stay informed about technology trends and innovations.
- Analyze complex information, influence stakeholders, mitigate risk, and strengthen controls and governance.
- Lead teams or collaborative assignments, coach colleagues, and support performance and objective management where applicable.
Requirements
- Professional knowledge and skills sufficient to lead or contribute to complex software engineering assignments.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, guide team members, and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze information from multiple sources and solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information clearly.
- Understanding of risk management, controls, policies, and governance.
- Commitment to secure software development, code quality, maintainability, scalability, and reliability.
