Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, B2B/B2C implementations, and Experience Cloud.
- Develop with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Build and support Salesforce API integrations using REST, SOAP, and middleware tools.
- Lead and mentor development teams while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply Salesforce architecture, data model, sharing and security model, governor limits, trigger frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.
- Optimize Salesforce performance, scalability, and data management strategies.
- Ensure solution quality through unit testing, test coverage, and CI practices.
- Monitor system performance, recommend enhancements, and stay current with Salesforce releases.
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Solid experience with Salesforce APIs and REST/SOAP integrations, including middleware tools.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, sharing and security models, and governor limits.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, B2B or B2C implementations, and Experience Cloud.
- One or more Salesforce certifications: Application/System Architect or Platform Developer II.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.
- CPQ knowledge is preferred.
- B2B Commerce for Developers Accredited Professional certification is preferred.
