Base Salary
$247k - $295k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction and architecture of CIAM systems.
- Design and build secure, scalable authentication and authorization solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to define roadmaps.
- Promote modern identity patterns and best practices across teams.
- Enhance the reliability and security of identity-related services.
- Mentor engineers to improve technical design and collaboration.
- Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in designing and operating authentication systems.
- Deep understanding of identity and access standards like OIDC, OAuth, and SAML.
- Experience with service-to-service authentication in distributed systems.
- Strong background in software architecture focusing on scalability and security.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers within and beyond your expertise.
