Responsibilities

Support sales operations in the designated territory and work closely with direct and partner sales teams.
Present the ReversingLabs product suite from a technical perspective to audiences ranging from technicians to C-level executives.
Manage customer trials and proofs of concept with multiple clients.
Complete RFPs, security questionnaires, and other technical documentation supporting the sales process.
Maintain relationships with technical staff in information security departments across various industries.
Troubleshoot solutions deployed in enterprise networks and manage technical activities supporting sales.
Document activities in Salesforce.com and manage multiple high-priority tasks through completion.

Demonstrated cybersecurity experience, including malware analysis, file analysis, reverse engineering, and static and dynamic analysis.
Experience with information security activities, computer incident response, and computer forensics.
Strong TCP/IP and network communication troubleshooting skills, with familiarity with SMTP, IMAP, HTTP, and other Internet protocols.
Experience troubleshooting enterprise-network deployments and understanding proxies, LDAP/Active Directory, email infrastructure, and virtual machine environments.
Experience with SIEM and/or threat intelligence platforms and knowledge of laws and regulatory requirements affecting customer IT security programs.
Experience completing RFPs and customer security questionnaires and managing information in Salesforce.com.
Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
Bonus qualifications include security assessments, penetration testing, SOC operations, social engineering testing, YARA rule-set management, incident response, computer forensics, and presenting at information security conferences.
