Responsibilities

Become an expert in the AlertMedia platform and customer use cases.
Design, execute, and maintain automated test coverage to prevent software regressions.
Perform manual, exploratory, functional, and regression testing across web platforms.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.
Execute API, integration, and performance testing to ensure platform reliability.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve quality.
Contribute to QA strategy, processes, tools, and best practices.
Mentor team members to elevate testing standards and automation practices.
Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance QA workflows and overall engineering efficiency.

5+ years of experience in QA, SDET, or software testing roles.
Programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or any programming language.
Strong understanding of API, integration, and distributed systems testing.
Experience with AI-powered engineering tools to improve productivity.
Experience designing scalable automation frameworks for modern web applications.
UI automation testing experience using Python or JavaScript.
Experience mentoring teammates or serving as a QA thought partner preferred.
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and tools such as Git and Jenkins.
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
