Responsibilities
- Partner with business counterparts to identify and scope operational bottlenecks and build tools to address them.
- Work autonomously across Customer Success, Exchange Operations, Trading, and Custody by gathering requirements, securing data access, and building trust with stakeholders.
- Prototype and ship production AI systems, including RAG pipelines, conversational interfaces, workflow automation, and internal agents.
- Use appropriate tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Lovable, or custom Python to deliver solutions quickly.
- Run workshops and training sessions to help non-technical teams adopt the tools.
- Define success metrics, track outcomes, and communicate the impact of shipped solutions.
- Maintain production quality through evaluations, error handling, observability, documentation, SOPs, and checklists.
Requirements
- Portfolio of shipped projects, personal tools, public demos, GitHub repositories, writeups, Loom walkthroughs, or live URLs.
- Demonstrated ability to move quickly with LLMs, coordinate multiple coding agents, and match model capabilities to task complexity.
- Production experience addressing the gap between demos and reliable systems, including evaluations, error handling, and observability.
- Process-driven approach with strong documentation, SOPs, and checklist practices.
- Ability to independently turn ideas into working software and communicate results in terms relevant to business partners.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical work into business value.
- 5+ years of formal experience in a role where the candidate shipped tools used by people.
- Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, or pgvector is preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases is preferred.
- Docker or containerization experience is preferred.
- Exposure to blockchain or trading concepts is helpful but not required.
