Responsibilities
- Build and ship secure, reliable, production-ready systems and services for customer organizations.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, including problem statements, success metrics, and architectural approaches.
- Own end-to-end architecture for cloud and AI workloads while balancing reliability, performance, cost, and maintainability.
- Use automated testing, observability, progressive delivery, and other modern engineering practices to deliver quickly and reduce operational risk.
- Work directly with customer engineering teams to deliver solutions, unblock implementation, and drive adoption at scale.
- Create reusable solution accelerators, reference architectures, and code for use across customers and scenarios.
- Coordinate complex delivery across multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and improve production reliability and operational excellence.
- Provide technical direction, coach engineers, and collaborate with product, data, and security partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Experience partnering directly with customers or internal stakeholders to deliver solutions end-to-end.
- Preferred: experience designing, deploying, and operating AI or LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented approaches, model tuning, evaluation, data quality, performance monitoring, and cloud AI platforms.
- Preferred: familiarity with deploying and operating AI systems in production environments.
