Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver personalized conversion pages and funnels with React, TypeScript, Next.js, server-side rendering, middleware, and edge caching.
- Embed GenAI tools and workflows into development, debugging, code-quality, architecture, design, and testing processes.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, personalization latency, application stability, and reliability across global desktop and mobile experiences.
- Architect and maintain the MarTech integration layer, behavioral lead-capture tools, and GTM event pipelines for analytics and CRM systems.
- Implement automated testing with Jest and Cypress and frontend observability with OpenTelemetry, Honeycomb, Grafana, or Sentry.
- Partner with product, machine learning, and design teams to shape personalized experiences and resolve technical trade-offs.
- Operate, monitor, instrument, and continuously improve systems in production.
- Contribute to customer-facing web surfaces that improve conversion, activation, or retention.
Requirements
- Hands-on professional experience using AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot beyond casual experimentation, including daily use of AI agents.
- Deep professional frontend engineering experience with React, TypeScript, and modern server-side rendering patterns.
- Experience architecting solutions with edge runtimes such as Vercel Edge Functions or Cloudflare Workers and understanding edge caching, personalization, and latency.
- Demonstrated GenAI expertise applied to code quality, development speed, and technical standards.
- Practical experience with A/B testing and feature-flagging frameworks such as Statsig or Optimizely, plus frontend monitoring and observability platforms.
- Strong frontend engineering expertise and the product and design judgment to prototype and iterate on customer experiences independently.
- Ability to communicate complex technical decisions, collaborate across functions, share knowledge, take ownership, and deliver autonomously.
- Product sense and the ability to support product opinions with data and user evidence.
