Responsibilities
- Provide deep technical and business expertise to customers running stateful applications in containers.
- Help customers automate Day 2 data management workflows.
- Present solutions for Kubernetes, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and containerized enterprise applications.
- Distill complex problems into a clear vision that drives customer interest in Everpure technologies.
- Provide thought leadership, challenge the status quo, and improve customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with co-selling partners and influence desired behavior through coaching and leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a customer-facing senior-level technical architect.
- 5+ years of Linux administration and/or Linux development experience.
- 3+ years of Kubernetes administration experience.
- An industry-recognized administration-level or higher Linux certification.
- KCNA or higher Kubernetes certification.
- Certification-level fluency in OpenShift, Rancher, or another Kubernetes orchestration environment.
- Certification-level fluency in VMware, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or OpenStack.
- Certification-level fluency in DevOps concepts and hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline applications.
- Certification-level fluency in data engineering, big data, and database operations, delivery, and operational services.
- Understanding of highly available business applications, data platform technologies, enterprise application development lifecycles, and container platforms.
- Strong customer presentation, communication, teamwork, leadership-by-influence, and continuous-improvement abilities.
- Ability to travel regionally as needed, up to 50%.
