Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding workshops customized to each customer’s needs and background.
- Develop relationships with technical and product stakeholders at customer organizations.
- Demonstrate new features, answer technical questions, and help customers plan Sanity implementations.
- Work with account managers to develop expansion opportunities.
- Support new-account sales cycles through technical workshops and proof-of-concept development.
- Create examples, guides, and learning modules to help customers understand and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain plugins for common integrations and implementation patterns.
- Represent customer requests and requirements to the internal product team.
- Collaborate with Support Engineering to resolve customer challenges and unblock specific scenarios.
- Support marketing and product research teams with customer connections, events, and webinars.
Requirements
- Be based in Germany or the United Kingdom.
- Be fluent in German and English.
- Have 3–5 years of experience in a software development role.
- Have advanced experience with at least one of React, Vue, Angular, or Astro.
- Be familiar with backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations.
- Have experience implementing a headless CMS, implementing headless e-commerce, or working as a Solution Engineer or Solution Architect at a developer-focused SaaS company.
- Demonstrate strong communication, customer solution development, problem-solving, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Experience in a B2B customer-facing role such as consulting or account management is a bonus.
- Production experience with Sanity is a bonus.
