Responsibilities
- Understand client onboarding, system configuration, integrations, and housing-industry workflows.
- Provide clear, empathetic, customer-facing technical support and advise clients on AI Assistant configuration best practices.
- Investigate issue root causes and business impact using SQL queries, logs, and other data sources.
- Document reproducible bugs with their impact and relevant supporting information.
- Communicate bug fixes to clients, confirm resolution, and share updates internally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or field.
- Technical proficiency demonstrated through a computer science degree, bootcamp certificate, or previous work experience.
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Experience with support software and CRMs such as Zendesk and Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience with Retool or other low-code/no-code tools, advanced Google Sheets or Excel knowledge, DataDog or similar event-logging software, Postman or similar API testing tools, Tableau or similar reporting tools, and SQL is preferred.
