Base Salary
$195k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale an identity data platform processing petabytes of continuous telemetry and behavioral data.
- Drive platform-centric architecture and technical alignment across teams and organizational boundaries.
- Build and optimize query engines, policy decision systems, distributed architectures, and high-performance data storage frameworks such as identity graphs.
- Develop query capabilities that enable analysis of complex identity relationships and efficient real-time insight extraction.
- Drive code quality, advanced testing practices, and AI-assisted development processes.
- Set technical direction, mentor engineers, and communicate architectural decisions across distributed teams and senior leadership.
Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience.
- A B.S. in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of heavy coding experience in Go, Java, Scala, Kotlin, or another compiled language.
- Deep production expertise with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including technologies such as Neo4j, Postgres, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.
- Mastery of algorithms, distributed systems design, and cloud-native application development.
- Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills, including experience driving technical alignment across distributed, remote-first teams.
- Preferred experience with Go or Kubernetes at scale, cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management, advanced threat detection, or integrating endpoint-deployed solutions with cloud-native architectures.
