Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance member and handyperson applications.
- Build and maintain the internal platform that supports operations.
- Deliver high-quality product experiences that drive member engagement and retention.
- Create tools to improve the efficiency of internal teams and handypersons.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and address product issues.
- Contribute to shaping the engineering culture at Honey Homes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a full-stack developer with a track record of shipping meaningful products.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, TypeScript, Google Cloud, or React is preferred.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and complex environments.
- Growth mindset with a desire to learn and improve in the role.
- Passion for home maintenance and improvement is a plus.
