Responsibilities

  • Own ambiguous technical tasks and lead small- to medium-sized initiatives at the project, squad, product, or site level.
  • Design and implement scalable MuleSoft and Salesforce integration solutions using Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, CDC, PushTopics, and Solace PubSub+.
  • Diagnose complex technical issues, resolve performance bottlenecks, and define technical direction and roadmaps.
  • Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and define testing and automation strategies.
  • Develop automated pipelines and implement monitoring, logging, alerting, secure coding, authentication, and API governance practices.
  • Mentor engineers, foster collaboration and knowledge sharing, communicate technical decisions, and represent technical topics in internal events.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience translating organizational goals into technical roadmaps and leading software solution design and implementation.
  • Proven experience serving as a technical mentor, navigating group dynamics, and contributing to internal knowledge-sharing events.
  • Strong MuleSoft implementation skills, including coding standards and comprehensive code reviews.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce APIs, real-time synchronization, Platform Events, CDC, PushTopics, and Governor Limits.
  • Hands-on experience with scalable pub/sub messaging patterns and event brokers such as Solace PubSub+.
  • Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Mule Maven Plugin, Anypoint Monitoring, ELK, and Splunk.
  • Knowledge of testing automation, secure coding, API governance, OAuth 2.0, JWT Bearer Token flow, TLS/mTLS, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and CDISC.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, proactive continuous-improvement mindset, and ability to independently lead complex troubleshooting efforts.
