Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and make or contribute to technical decisions.
- Lead implementation of coding standards and software development best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design scalable software architectures and support debugging, testing, and performance tuning.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and evaluate emerging technologies and tools to improve development processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience, including at least 7.5 years of experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Experience debugging, testing, and performance-tuning applications.
- Familiarity with integrating software components and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
