Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, architecture, application and database design, development, testing, deployment, and service support.
- Build AI-infused applications, agentic solutions, Copilot features, and enterprise software experiences.
- Design resilient, secure, scalable solutions and guide technology and design-pattern decisions.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and design feedback while promoting collaboration and inclusion.
- Collaborate with Microsoft product teams, program managers, UX designers, and other engineering teams.
- Establish coding, testing, documentation, performance, and reliability practices.
- Support and maintain existing services and integrations with enterprise line-of-business applications.
- Drive automation, process improvements, technical innovation, sprint planning, estimates, and delivery communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience building commercial software and shipping successful software products and services.
- 4+ years of experience delivering applications with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate, with familiarity with PowerFX and component design.
- 5+ years of experience leading and driving technical and architectural dependencies.
- Proficiency with C#, .NET, microservices architecture, REST APIs, React, JavaScript or TypeScript, or equivalent technologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies, ASP.NET, Azure PaaS services, web apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Hub, REST APIs, SQL, and NoSQL.
- Experience with enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure, architecture, Azure PaaS, and cloud-native platforms including Web Apps, Function Apps, AKS, and Azure Container Apps.
- Experience with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Synapse, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience working in agile teams or startup environments with customer focus.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot, Copilot CLI/SDK, Claude CLI, or equivalent AI development tools to build agents, plugins, skills, and MCP servers.
- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and influence cross-group and matrixed environments.
- U.S. citizenship verification via a valid passport is required, along with Microsoft Cloud Background Check and applicable customer or government security screening.
Benefits
- Typical U.S. base pay range is $142,800-$274,800 per year, with a separate San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area range of $188,000-$304,200 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for a minimum of 5 days and accepts applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
