Responsibilities
- Develop reliable and scalable ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Center Pro solutions for global employee workflows.
- Design, configure, and develop Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events capabilities.
- Implement and optimize Employee Center Pro for modern, personalized employee experiences.
- Configure and extend HR workflows, integrations, and case-routing mechanisms.
- Operate supported solutions within the DevOps team and ensure their security throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure standard-aligned implementations, minimize technical debt, and drive sustainable platform improvements.
- Integrate HRSD with enterprise systems using multiple integration technologies.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Translate complex global HR business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Use ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist and help implement AI-enabled HRSD use cases including virtual agents, intelligent routing, and summaries.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow product teams and contribute to implementation best practices and responsible AI usage.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science.
- Relevant experience as a ServiceNow developer working with HRSD and Employee Center Pro in global enterprises.
- Deep experience with HRSD modules and Employee Center Pro.
- Very strong JavaScript development skills, including object-oriented programming, class structures, inheritance, and software design principles.
- Comprehensive experience with troubleshooting, performance optimization, root-cause analysis, and integrations using REST, SOAP, and PowerShell.
- Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems with different integration technologies.
- Experience working in agile and hybrid project structures, with strong teamwork and goal orientation.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application, including ServiceNow platform AI capabilities such as Now Assist.
- Full-stack development experience.
- ITIL Foundation-level and project management certifications are advantageous.
