Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions that help Customer Service Associates deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including scoping, design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance, and code reviews.
- Create and optimize AI-powered solutions that detect and resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with product, UX, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with customer and business value.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps balancing feature development and operational improvements.
- Analyze telemetry data and participate in technical discussions focused on operational excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- 3+ years of programming experience using a modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.
- 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
