Base Salary
$107k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable digital solutions and software applications.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability decisions.
- Conduct system testing and debugging and deliver high-quality code.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Adopt new technologies and tools and share knowledge through code reviews, tech talks, and workshops.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
- Requires 7–10 years of work experience.
- Requires problem solving, decision making, collaboration, teamwork, growth mindset, execution and delivery, and business intelligence skills.
- Preferred experience with cloud systems such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Preferred experience building systems that leverage GenAI capabilities.
- A master’s degree in computer science or a relevant engineering field is preferred.
