Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, audit, document, and support software solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Execute, assess, troubleshoot, and amend software programs and applications, including resolving bugs and standard API issues.
- Develop and maintain Oracle EBS SCM applications, custom ADF applications, technical designs, integrations, mappings, migrations, and automation.
- Provide production support by monitoring queues, updating tickets according to SLA requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and resolving incidents.
- Diagnose concurrent program failures, performance issues, long-running programs, and other application problems.
- Participate in software upgrades, revisions, fixes, patches, and process improvements while following quality and SDLC processes.
Requirements
- Requires either 12+ years of related experience with a four-year degree or three years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Hands-on development experience with Oracle EBS SCM technologies and modules, including Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms 6i, Reports 6i, XML Publisher, Personalization, Migrations, and Custom PLL.
- Strong knowledge of Unix scripting, data modeling, ODI mappings, error handling, ODI automation, load plans, and object migration.
- Experience developing custom ADF applications and supporting production environments.
- Experience debugging standard APIs, concurrent program failures, performance issues, and long-running programs.
- Ability to analyze functional documents, produce scalable and performant technical designs, and apply Oracle Applications architecture knowledge.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, take ownership, troubleshoot analytically, and collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, and independent-working skills; experience in global Agile teams is advantageous.
