Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish development best practices and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Manage team decisions and provide technical solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and support their professional and technical growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration of custom software components.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address technical challenges and risks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and relevant design patterns.
- Experience managing and leading software development teams delivering complex projects.
- Ability to enforce coding standards and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and software scalability considerations.
- Competence troubleshooting technical issues across multiple integrated systems.
