Base Salary
$150k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients and trading counterparties.
- Lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and external stakeholders.
- Manage onboarding timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress.
- Configure and validate client environments across Talos’ trading systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and integration best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client onboarding or implementation within capital markets or financial technology.
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
- Experience with institutional trading systems, market connectivity, or financial infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of SQL and command line environments.
- Familiarity with configuration management, source control, and basic scripting (Python preferred).
- Exposure to FIX protocol, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
