Base Salary
$150k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding for clients and trading counterparties from kickoff through successful production deployment.
- Lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and external stakeholders to deliver implementations on schedule.
- Manage onboarding timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Configure and validate client environments across Talos’s modular trading and portfolio systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with internal engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and integration best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of client onboarding or implementation experience within capital markets or financial technology.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to lead stakeholders through structured implementation processes.
- Experience with institutional trading systems, market connectivity, or financial infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of SQL and command-line environments.
- Familiarity with configuration management, source control, and basic scripting, preferably Python.
- Exposure to FIX protocol, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
- Preferred experience onboarding clients to trading, OMS, EMS, or portfolio systems.
- Preferred understanding of capital markets workflows and electronic trading infrastructure.
- Preferred experience coordinating integrations across exchanges, liquidity providers, or institutional counterparties.
