Responsibilities

Develop and implement cross-functional strategies for Netskope’s products and services.
Lead infrastructure and product initiatives by designing and managing complex computing systems.
Analyze business needs and service roadmaps to create operational strategies.
Identify systemic architectural issues through service metrics analysis.
Architect, design, and manage complex computing systems to fulfill operational strategies.
Participate in the development of service implementations and component interfaces.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of Netskope’s systems and services.
Track technology trends and provide operational requirements to engineering teams.
Direct the development of formalized operational processes and procedures.
Mentor others in technology evaluations and technical implementations.

15+ years of experience in designing and managing complex computing systems.
Experience in operational design of distributed large-scale systems.
Ability to communicate system capabilities through documentation and presentations.
Experience in documenting architectures and abstracting software designs.
Familiarity with large-scale systems management processes.
Ability to automate and maintain high-quality service-oriented systems.
Comprehensive understanding of computer architecture and operating systems.
Experience in developing operational requirements for large-scale systems.
Ability to mentor others in technology evaluations and recommendations.
