Responsibilities
- Build systems that integrate with clinical workflows and EHRs.
- Simplify clinical complexity for healthcare professionals.
- Write clean, testable code with strong interfaces and error handling.
- Focus on outcomes that improve clinician efficiency and practice revenue.
- Develop AI-assisted workflow functionalities with human oversight.
- Collaborate closely with team members in a highly interactive environment.
- Learn about healthcare operations to inform product improvements.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping user-dependent features.
- Strong full-stack development skills and experience with user-facing products.
- Sound engineering judgment and ability to make sensible trade-offs.
- Demonstrated ownership and follow-through on commitments.
- Collaborative working style with comfort in feedback loops.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive towards practical solutions.
- Fluency with AI coding tools for efficient delivery.
- Experience with agentic frameworks and event-driven architectures is a plus.
