Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for prospects evaluating Agentic Security and design solutions aligned with their infrastructure.
- Partner with Customer Success to accelerate customer onboarding and platform value realization.
- Develop technical documentation, guides, playbooks, and repeatable best practices for pre-sales and post-sales workflows.
- Support product configuration and deliver minor technical changes for prospect and customer implementations.
- Provide prospect feedback to Product and Engineering to influence the platform roadmap.
- Help build and scale the Solutions Engineering function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar role.
- Experience managing relationships with large, complex organizations and working with deeply technical enterprise products.
- Proficiency coding in the Python and JavaScript ecosystems.
- Experience enabling large-scale implementations on at least one hyperscaler: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and IT processes involved in implementing B2B products at large enterprises.
- Experience working directly with customers of varying sizes, including large enterprises.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, self-starting approach with creative problem-solving skills.
- Interest in implementing AI securely and ethically and comfort working in a small, fast-moving environment.
