Base Salary

$140k - $175k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow workflows, custom records and fields, saved searches, and SuiteBuilder.
  • Configure NetSuite ERP areas, roles, forms, approval routing, and sandbox-to-production change management.
  • Build Finance and Operations saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
  • Design, build, test, and maintain Celigo integrator.io flows connecting NetSuite, Shopify, 3PL/WMS, PLM, and procurement systems.
  • Own integration data mappings, lookups, hooks, scripting, transformations, error handling, alerting, and monitoring.
  • Administer Coupa indirect-spend procurement workflows, approvals, supplier forms, and configuration.
  • Maintain the Coupa-to-NetSuite supplier and transaction data synchronization.
  • Build and support purchasing, vendor bills, inventory receipts, accounts payable, three-way matching, and approval workflows.
  • Maintain the Shopify-to-Celigo-to-NetSuite sales order flow, including bundled or kitted products and partial fulfillment.
  • Support 3PL/WMS fulfillment, shipment confirmation, tracking synchronization, invoicing, returns/RMAs, and inventory availability messaging.
  • Help deliver future systems capabilities including inventory allocation, MRP, B2B service-provider commerce, international expansion, and additional 3PLs and warehouses.

Requirements

  • Deep NetSuite development expertise with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, saved searches, custom records and fields, and SuiteTalk or REST integrations.
  • Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining production Celigo integrator.io flows.
  • Experience administering Coupa, including procurement configuration and the Coupa-to-NetSuite integration.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify Admin, order, product, and inventory data, and Shopify APIs.
  • Functional fluency in procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes and their ERP and accounting mappings.
  • Ability to troubleshoot root causes across connected systems, document solutions, work independently, and evaluate maintainable architectural alternatives.
  • Preferred experience with MRP or demand and supply planning, inventory allocation, 3PL/WMS integrations, multi-store or international Shopify, tax automation, PLM systems, BOMs, routing/WIP, costing, contract manufacturing, e-commerce or hardware/manufacturing, and EDI.
