Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce architectures and enterprise integrations using APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Lead distributed development teams, conduct technical design and code reviews, and mentor developers.
- Establish development standards, DevOps practices, CI/CD processes, release management, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, business analysts, and delivery leads on implementation roadmaps.
- Ensure compliance with security, risk, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience and 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Experience leading Salesforce implementations as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce integrations and APIs, Platform Events, Salesforce Flow and Automation, and the Security and Sharing Model.
- Experience designing enterprise integration solutions and API-led architectures.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
- Experience leading distributed development teams.
- Preferred qualifications include banking or financial services experience, implementations serving 1,000+ users, Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud certification, Agile delivery experience, and MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platform experience.

- CAD $120,000–$130,000 yearly base compensation range, with possible additional variable compensation, bonuses, or commissions.
