Responsibilities
- Provide governance, planning, and budgeting across multiple concurrent projects.
- Implement governance and controls for intake, prioritization, and status communication.
- Collaborate with business application development, enterprise architecture, infrastructure support, technology, and project teams.
- Create and maintain business application platform lifecycle roadmaps.
- Design and implement end-to-end full-stack, cloud-native, secure, scalable, low-latency, and high-performance solutions.
- Implement application infrastructure provisioning, deployment, integrations, observability, event-driven systems, and hybrid-cloud solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or beyond and 10 or more years of experience in related roles.
- At least 2 years of banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) domain experience.
- Experience developing microservice and RESTful API applications using Spring Boot and MERN stacks.
- Experience implementing solutions end to end across AWS, Azure, or GCP, from infrastructure provisioning through application deployment and observability.
- Experience designing and implementing low-latency and event-driven systems.
- Experience with AI/ML-applied data science, including machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, and Python libraries.
- Experience with big-data analytics using Databricks, Snowflake, or Hadoop.
- Experience with Java, Python, React, jQuery, Node.js, Spark, Spring Frameworks, Kafka, MQ, PL/SQL, and APIs.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Kanban SDLC methodologies; Agile/Kanban training and experience are preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, LLM application development, RAG, LangChain, MLOps, model deployment, and natural language processing is desirable.
- Proficiency with planning tools including MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
