Responsibilities
- Understand client business challenges and propose and build solutions using digital technologies, particularly generative AI and cloud technologies.
- Select appropriate technology stacks and lead end-to-end development across web/mobile applications, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead the introduction of DevOps/MLOps practices and QA activities to ensure development efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with project managers, data scientists, designers, consultants, and other stakeholders across technical, UX, data, and business-model concerns.
- Form and lead multidisciplinary development teams, including contractors, while driving agile delivery and rapid hypothesis testing.
- Communicate technical approaches and business impact clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support clients in establishing operating structures for deployed systems and models.
- Recommend technology choices and best practices based on current technology trends and raise technical capabilities internally and externally.
Requirements
- Professional experience delivering and operating production-quality agile software in multidisciplinary teams is required.
- Experience building web or mobile frontends, backends, and cloud infrastructure is required.
- Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages are required.
- Experience developing generative-AI solutions is preferred.
- Experience with large-scale services or enterprise SaaS is preferred.
- Experience handling structured and unstructured data, including RDB/NoSQL and streaming data, is preferred.
- Understanding of DevOps and MLOps is preferred.
- Experience putting large-scale data analytics, analytical models, or workflows into production is preferred.
- Client relationship-building and requirements negotiation experience is preferred.
- PMO experience, including progress and issue management and meeting facilitation, is preferred.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
- Conversational or higher English proficiency is preferred.
