Responsibilities
- Help shape and build next-generation timekeeping systems operating at massive scale.
- Build, run, and improve core backend systems processing tens of millions of shift events each week.
- Participate across the full development lifecycle, including design, estimation, implementation, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance using logging and metrics.
- Ship reliable code, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with product and design.
Requirements
- Experience with one or more object-oriented programming languages, such as Java or Kotlin.
- Ability and motivation to learn quickly and solve real-world engineering problems.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and willingness to take on challenging projects.
- Interest in building and operating reliable, data-intensive systems at massive scale.
