Responsibilities
- Work with customer teams to understand workflows, define project scope, and identify adoption barriers.
- Build and iterate on customer-tailored prototypes based on feedback and technical findings.
- Translate private market operations processes into AI-powered workflows and deliver them to production.
- Share deployment learnings with the product team and develop reusable components and approaches for recurring needs.
- Own technical delivery end to end while collaborating closely with the founding team.
Requirements
- Typically 1 to 6 years of relevant experience, including production software delivery.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, with experience using NestJS, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and React.
- Experience working directly with customers to scope, prototype, and iterate on technical solutions, such as in forward deployed engineering or solutions engineering.
- Ability to own technical delivery end to end and collaborate closely with a founding team in person.
- Empathy for private market operations workflows; experience in private markets or financial operations is helpful.
Benefits
- Salary range of €70,000 to €110,000 annually.
